We want you to feel confident shopping with AmaraeNova. If your purchase isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tags attached. Bags and accessories must be unused. Items must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Email info@amaraenova.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Please wait for return instructions before shipping your item. We will provide the return address when your request is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping for a change of mind, size, or style preference. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

If we sent an incorrect item or your order arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the necessary return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact info@amaraenova.com promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will also refund applicable original shipping charges.

Exchanges

To request a different size, color, or item, contact us first. Exchanges depend on availability. If an exchange is unavailable, you may return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
